Sharp-shooting cowboy Lewsyn Lwcus is on the trail of Jesse James, the Wild West's most infamous outlaw. True to his Welsh heritage, Jesse James looks up to his hero Twm Siôn Cati, but somehow his ignoble intention of stealing from the rich to give to the poor has long been forgotten. Jesse James starts holding up the locomotives criss-crossing the plains.
